Customers must record a parcel opening video when receiving the package. If the product is damaged or incorrect, our support team will require this video to verify the return request. No video = No return.
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any product, we will accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, with original tags, and accompanied by the original invoice.
Products that have been tampered with, opened, used, or washed cannot be returned.
If any product is received in bad condition, damaged, defective, or is different from what you ordered, you may return the product within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with.
Refunds are issued in the same payment mode used for the original order. Credit card and net-banking refunds are processed back to the original account. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded to your preferred bank account.
Refunds typically take 5–6 business days to reflect in your bank account. Credit card issuers may take slightly longer.
To cancel an order, contact us immediately via our helpline or email. Once we receive the cancellation request, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount if the order has not yet been processed. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped.
In some cases, orders may be processed within 1 hour of placement, so please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
For returns, please send the products to us via courier. We will reimburse courier charges up to a maximum of ₹120 upon submission of the courier receipt via email. Please ensure the product is packed properly to avoid damage in transit.
The entire return and refund process takes approximately 6–8 business days from the date the returned item reaches our warehouse. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
